Fatigue  Panel

Feeling constantly tired or drained? The Fatigue Health Panel helps uncover possible underlying causes of persistent fatigue by examining critical hormones, thyroid function, nutrient status, and metabolic health.

Tests Included:

  1. Total and Free Testosterone

Evaluates both total and biologically active (free) testosterone levels. Low testosterone can contribute to low energy, weakness, and reduced stamina.

  1. Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

Measures the main hormone regulating thyroid activity. Abnormal TSH levels can indicate thyroid disorders, a common cause of fatigue.

  1. Free T3

Assesses the active form of thyroid hormone (triiodothyronine) crucial for regulating metabolism and energy production.

  1. Free T4

Measures the unbound form of thyroxine, an essential hormone affecting metabolic rate and vitality.

  1. Thyroid Antibodies

Detects the presence of autoimmune thyroid disease (such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis), which can impair thyroid function and lead to fatigue.

  1. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

Evaluates electrolyte balance, blood sugar, kidney and liver function—all vital for overall energy levels and metabolic health.

  1. Complete Blood Count (CBC)

Analyzes red and white blood cells and platelets. Helps detect anemia, infections, and other conditions that may cause fatigue.

  1. Ferritin Test

Measures iron storage levels. Low ferritin can indicate iron deficiency anemia, a common reason for feeling tired and weak.

  1. DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone)

Assesses DHEA levels, an adrenal hormone involved in stress response and energy production. Low DHEA may contribute to adrenal fatigue and burnout.

Why Is This Test Important?

Fatigue can be a symptom of various underlying health issues—including hormonal imbalances, thyroid dysfunction, anemia, or adrenal insufficiency. The Fatigue Health Panel provides a comprehensive evaluation to identify possible causes, enabling healthcare providers to create an effective plan for restoring energy, improving stamina, and enhancing overall quality of life.
