How can I get lab tests at The Patient Labs?
It's easy! There are 3 steps.
- Choose a The Patient Labs location.
- Order your tests online or in person.
- Complete your paperwork and provide test samples.
That’s it — we’ll take care of the rest! Once your results are ready, you can view them online or pick them up at the lab.
Note: Some test results may only be available for in-person pickup, depending on state and federal regulations.

Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome—no appointment needed!
Please note that some tests require fasting. Be sure to review preparation instructions before your visit.
When will my test results be ready?
Turnaround times vary by test. Most results are available within one business day or sooner, though some may require additional time.
We’ll send your results as soon as they are verified for completeness and accuracy.
Note: Certain tests are subject to state and federal regulations that may affect how results are delivered.
What will my test results look like?
Your results will be clearly presented and easy to interpret.
Each report typically includes measurement values along with indicators showing whether results fall within the normal range.
Results may be delivered as a downloadable PDF or provided in printed format.

Can anyone else see my test results?
Your test results are protected by HIPAA and relevant state laws.
No one else can access them unless you give written permission.

Are lab tests refundable?
Refunds are available only if no sample has been collected.
Please contact us by phone, message, or in person to ask about your specific situation.
Why should I order lab tests?

Do I need a doctor's order to get tested?
No — you can order tests with or without a doctor’s order.
