Refund and Order Modification Policy
Thank you for choosing our laboratory services. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following policy regarding refunds and order changes:
Refund and Cancellation Terms
• Eligibility for Cancellation:
Cancellation is only available if the sample collection (blood draw or testing) has not yet occurred.
• Timing and Processing:
• Within 90 days of the purchase date:
A refund will be issued, minus an $8 cancellation fee.
• Between 90 days and 1 year from the purchase date:
No refund will be issued. Instead, a credit equal to the original purchase amount will be provided, valid for one year from the original purchase date.
• After 1 year from the purchase date:
Orders are considered expired and are no longer eligible for cancellation, refund, or credit.
Missing Lab Tests
Since we operate our own laboratory, if any test is accidentally omitted, we will promptly arrange for the missing test to be performed at no additional charge.
How to Cancel or Modify an Order
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through our official communication channels and include your order number to ensure timely processing.
